HAPE Development and Welfare Association is non-Governmental and non Profite–Organization which is working for the socio economic empowerment of the rural peoples and striving the poverty alleviation through implication of different development program in the rural areas It was established in 2002 by a group of energetic youngsters representing the both sexes of Badin .The organization registered under Social Welfare voluntary Organization Act: 1961 with Directorate of Social Welfare / Community Development Department Government of Sindh Pakistan. The Organization has been working, since its inception, on different sectors of social development focusing on Education/capacity building, Livelihoods, Human security in natural emergencies i.e. floods & earthquake, Gender equality, Enterprise development, Human Rights, Environment and Health for the betterment of the poor and needy peoples of the coastal Area of Pakistan

An initiative to bring together civil society organisations – NGOs, academia and networks representing affected communities – operating in the field of Health, Education, Climate Changes, human rights, Environment and Poverty elevation to share information between relevant actors and ensure the promotion of above sectors.

3000+ volunteers and more than 160 local staff in Coastal area who know our kids and their communities.

Our Educate Program is designed to provide free quality education in Six Schools for students in primary school and secondary school . We operates in the coastal area of Pakistan in the District Badin.

A longstanding advocate of female education in particular, HAPE wholeheartedly recognizes the far-reaching and lasting social benefits achieved through educating girls. HDWA employs majority female faculty and undertakes outreach work to establish community trust and increase female enrollment figures

about Good governance and provide them with legal education regarding application process, follow up and human rights, social security, that would allow them to advocate for local, provincial and national policies that are more responsive to their needs

Education just dream for both Sisters…
12-year old Shogna and 10-years old Aneeta are sisters and living in Village sharif Abad, Their father died and Their mother married with their uncle. They belong with Kohli Community. Kohli Community is lower community in Hindu’s it is neglected and depressed Community in subcontinent. They belong with Darwar family, Hundreds of years they are far from education, Majority of their villages have no schools.
SMS4Polio Campaign change the mindsets…..
HAPE Development & Welfare Association Badin established Information Centre (IC) in Matli with support of District Health Department Badin, and works exclusively on the issue of People’s Knowledge about Polio and E.P.I because majority of community rely on Traditional Information and humor bases information and also to sensitize, Aware, build the responsibly among the Community and Alert through Short Massaging Service (SMS) in Local Languages
