School fees include school uniforms, textbooks and other school supplies to ensure fees are more manageable and a Hape education is not beyond the reach of any child or family. Promotion of Primary Education and Adult Literacy

Project Objectives:
- To bring about attitudinal changes, by means of process re-engineering and change management, in the Education Department and
- Achieve 100% enrollment of all children between the age of 5-7 years
- To ensure their retention for minimum period of primary schooling
- Provide quality education
- To creating demand for continued quality education and to support the Education Department at all levels in achieving the stipulated objectives on a sustainable basis
Nature of beneficiaries:
Men, Women and children in district Badin
Outcomes
- Hape staff identified more than 40 villages for male and female feeder schools in 11 Union Councils of District Badin.
- More than 1300 children were enrolled in these community based feeder schools.
- About 8000 children were enrolled
- A total of 21 Adult Literacy centers were established
About 500 women are studying in Adult literacy Centers, and now they are able to read and write very easily.
